This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out what you may and may not do when using the Klipt video generation service (the "Service") operated by Klipt ("Klipt", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update this Policy from time to time.

1. Your responsibility for inputs and output

The Service generates video from material you provide, including content read from URLs you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that material and the resulting video. You must not ask the Service to process brand assets, logos, images, or text that you do not own or are not authorized to use.

Because Output is produced by automated AI models, you agree to review every script and rendered video before publishing it, and to verify that any claims, names, statistics, or representations in the video are accurate and lawful. You are responsible for adding any disclosures required by law when publishing AI-generated content.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate accounts that breach this Policy. Where we reasonably believe content is illegal or poses a security or legal risk, we may act without prior notice and may report it to authorities. Credits consumed before a violation-related suspension are not refunded; non-expiring unused credits remain subject to the Refund Policy.
