This Cookie Policy explains how COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME, operating Klipt Studio, uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing site (studio.klipt-ai.com) and in the client portal (app.studio.klipt-ai.com). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Marketing site: no non-essential cookies
The marketing site uses cookieless analytics: page-view and traffic measurement is performed without setting any cookie or persistent identifier on your device, without cross-site tracking, and without building an individual profile. Because no non-essential cookie is placed, no consent banner is shown, consistent with CNIL guidance that consent is only required before non-essential cookies/trackers are placed (not for analytics that avoid individual tracking).
2. Client portal: strictly necessary cookies only
The client portal uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service you requested, which under French and EU law (ePrivacy rules as implemented, and CNIL guidance) are exempt from consent:

We do not use the portal to set advertising, cross-site tracking, or non-essential analytics cookies.
3. No consent banner, and why
Because neither surface places non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. If this changes in the future (for example, if we add functional or analytics cookies that are not strictly necessary), we will update this Policy and implement a consent mechanism before any such cookie is placed.
4. Managing cookies
You can still inspect or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies described above will prevent you from signing in or using the portal.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy if our use of cookies changes. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version.
