Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors we use to provide the Klipt Studio service, as required by our Data Processing Agreement. "Location" is where the provider primarily processes personal data for this Service; "Transfer mechanism" describes the safeguard applied when data leaves the EEA. We will give at least 14 days' notice (email or in-app) before adding or replacing a sub-processor, per DPA Section 4. Entries marked [VERIFY] are drafted from our internal documentation and must be confirmed against each provider's live DPA/sub-processor page before this list is published; full details are available to clients on request.

We do not sell personal data to any sub-processor, and we instruct AI/media sub-processors not to use Client content to train their general-purpose models, per their commercial terms (see AI Transparency).
